The Vineyard
The Vineyard is composed of 14 acres, spread across thirty plots, planted with the three main champagne varietals : Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Meunier.

The vines are located on four villages in the Vallée de la Marne and in Villedommange on the Montagne de Reims, Premier Cru.

From pruning to harvest, the majority of the work is done by hand. It is hard work but allows us to produce elegant and singular champagnes.
Our Philosophy
Since 00's, a sustainable agriculture has become fundamental so the vines can provide the aromatic flavours needed to produce our champagnes.

The respect of the environment with new methods, like the drop out of herbicides was an evidence and a priority for us.
Following this path, we are practicing natural grass covers in our vineyard, which help with the blooming of our terroirs, improve our grapes maturity while bringing structure to our soil.
​
By protecting this biodiversity, the typicity of our champagnes has developed and became purer thanks to our savoir-faire old of 300 years.
